RECOMMENDED USAGE:

Day Drops: Shake well before using. Place 15 drops (0.7 ml) under the tongue for 10 seconds, then swallow. To take 20-30 minutes before breakfast, lunch and dinner. Do not exceed the daily recommended amount.

Night Drops : Shake well before using. Take 45 drops (2 ml) one to two hours before bedtime. For best results, do not eat after taking drops. Do not exceed the daily recommended portion.
